A company is looking for a Senior Total Loss Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve total loss claims for salvage vehicles and provide customer service regarding the claims process
Determine accurate vehicle valuations and negotiate total loss settlements with customers
Comply with state laws and assist the claims department with special projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Total Loss experience
Ability to learn and understand insurance industry practices and terminology
Must pass a background check
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems; typing speed of 35+ wpm
Related insurance industry experience and bilingual skills are a plus
