If you’re looking for a company that values your time on and off the road, this opportunity is worth a closer look. We’re hiring experienced CDL-A over-the-road drivers who want steady miles, solid pay, and the chance to be home every other weekend — plus home for Thanksgiving guaranteed.

This full truckload, dry van position offers flexibility, reliable freight, and a pay structure that rewards your safety, performance, and commitment.

What You Can Expect :

  • Mileage Pay :
  • $0.69–$0.73 per mile
  • Schedule :
  • Home every other weekend for 3 days, and home for Thanksgiving
  • Freight :
  • Full truckload, dry van (less than 2% Hazmat freight)
  • Equipment :
  • Late-model, well-maintained trucks for comfort and reliability

Pay & Bonuses :

  • Sign-On Bonus
  • available
  • Anniversary Bonus :
  • $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually
  • Detention Pay :
  • Starts after just 1 hour
  • Hazmat Premium :
  • Additional pay per mile when hauling placarded loads
  • Safety-Based Raises :
  • Earn increases at designated mileage intervals, up to a high cap
  • CSA Safety Bonus :
  • Every 90 days — $875 (Hazmat endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours paid time off
  • On-Road Safety Bonus :
  • $600 every 90 days
  • Referral Program :
  • Earn extra for bringing great drivers on board
