Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing. 1–2 years of clinical experience; telehealth experience a plus. Comfort with technology, video platforms, and electronic health records. Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match
Remote Mental Health Therapist – LMFT, LCSW, LPC
Location : Texas (Remote)
Position : Full-Time
Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 per year
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
This full-time remote Mental Health Therapist position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and a predictable telehealth caseload. You’ll meet with clients online, provide evidence-based interventions, and help them work through mood, stress, and behavioral health concerns. Your workweek will center on client sessions, documentation, and collaboration with a supportive virtual team.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct online assessments and document diagnostic impressions.
- Design treatment plans that are clear, realistic, and goal-focused.
- Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic record system.
- Join regular virtual case reviews and clinical huddles.
- Implement risk assessments and safety plans as needed.
