Finance Team Position

Our client is a well-established investment management company looking to add to the Finance team in their Boston office. The Finance team works alongside investment professionals, legal, tax, and operations groups to support and oversee investment activities within a diversified portfolio. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and performance analysis, along with conducting financial analysis and market research to evaluate investment opportunities and trends. The role involves primary oversight of real assets fund investments, including real estate, private credit, and private equity, while also contributing to broader initiatives across asset classes. Collaborating closely with internal functions and external partners, the position ensures compliance with regulations and supports the lifecycle of portfolio investments. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of related experience, public accounting and CPA are a plus as well. This position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office schedule. Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fund administration and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
• Familiarity with private equity, real estate, and private credit investments.
• Experience in public accounting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse teams.
• Ability to conduct market research and interpret financial trends.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
