This role involves providing technical support, performing equipment repairs, and assisting customers with their technology needs.

Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a variety of devices
• Perform repairs on computer hardware, including soldering components as necessary.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance on devices.
• Analyze schematics to understand device configurations and troubleshoot effectively.
• Assist in the setup and installation of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used during service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products or services that meet customer needs.
