Central GMC of Norwood is seeking an Automotive Billing and Title Clerk to join our team in Norwood, MA where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in an office environment.

    • Responsibilities Billing and Title Clerk :

    This position will involve processing legal transfer documents and sending them to the state, preparing tax and title documents, and assisting in creating leasing and loan paperwork.

  • Verifying the cost and transaction for each vehicle sale
  • Assisting the new & used car sales team
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
  • Performing other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications / Experience / Requirements :

  • 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership, title, customer service and title clerk preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask with ease and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Quality writing, grammar skills, and computer
  • literacy
  • Auto dealership experience - CVR Clerk Certified a must
  • DMV knowledge is a plus
  • CDK experience in a dealership setting is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED
