Position Summary :

Responsible for conducting manual QA testing of new eCommerce product releases and enhancements. Identify, analyze, and document problems related to functionality, data accuracy, integrations, appearance, user experience, and content across customer-facing and internal systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and / or ability requirements listed below.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA team members to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
• Conduct QA testing of new product releases and system changes for web-based and eCommerce platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation such as test plans, test cases, and execution checklists for assigned projects.
• Create new tasks or defect tickets based on issues identified during testing.
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
• Develop and document testing procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and standardization of practices.
• Execute test plans as scheduled and report results, risks, and blockers.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects or opportunities for improvement, including functional issues, data inconsistencies, errors, and user experience concerns.
• Make recommendations to improve usability, accuracy, and overall customer experience.
• Review requirement documents and acceptance criteria and create or execute corresponding test cases.
• Submit bug and improvement tickets according to established procedures.
• Support continuous improvements in test coverage, test effectiveness, and release quality.
