Position Summary :
Responsible for conducting manual QA testing of new eCommerce product releases and enhancements. Identify, analyze, and document problems related to functionality, data accuracy, integrations, appearance, user experience, and content across customer-facing and internal systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and / or ability requirements listed below.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA team members to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
- Conduct QA testing of new product releases and system changes for web-based and eCommerce platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation such as test plans, test cases, and execution checklists for assigned projects.
- Create new tasks or defect tickets based on issues identified during testing.
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
- Develop and document testing procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and standardization of practices.
- Execute test plans as scheduled and report results, risks, and blockers.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects or opportunities for improvement, including functional issues, data inconsistencies, errors, and user experience concerns.
- Make recommendations to improve usability, accuracy, and overall customer experience.
- Review requirement documents and acceptance criteria and create or execute corresponding test cases.
- Submit bug and improvement tickets according to established procedures.
- Support continuous improvements in test coverage, test effectiveness, and release quality.

Excellent focus and strong attention to detail.Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet goals and deadlines.Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Preferred Education Requirements :
Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred Experience :
Experience testing web-based or eCommerce systems.Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.Experience with Agile methodologies.Exposure to AI-driven testing concepts and test automation tools, such as Playwright, with an interest in leveraging automation to improve test coverage and efficiency.Exposure to JavaScript and / or Typescript is preferred but not required.Familiarity with DataGrip or similar Database testing tools.Familiarity with code source control such as GitHub.Preferred Education Requirements :
