We’re hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help bring our brand to life through community events, promotional campaigns, and in-person outreach .

This is a hands-on, public-facing role where you’ll represent our company at events, build meaningful connections with local audiences, and play a key role in executing high-impact marketing initiatives. No prior experience is required—we provide full training, mentorship, and a clear pathway to advance into senior marketing, outreach, or event management roles.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns

Represent our brand and partner organizations professionally and enthusiastically at public events

Manage event logistics including setup, staffing, materials, and breakdown

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners

Track event results, engagement metrics, and overall outreach performance

Ensure brand consistency and professionalism across all event activities

Collaborate with internal teams to align field marketing efforts with overall campaign goals

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented while able to work independently when needed

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus

Experience in events, customer service, hospitality, or volunteer work is helpful but not required
