Schedule Details / Additional Information :
Nights, with 8 and 12 hr shifts, every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Become a vital part of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative patients from craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients in our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you'll have the chance to work with the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :

A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
