Job Summary

The Manager of Marketing and Email Campaigns will oversee all marketing activities and programs within the organization, focusing on developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. This role entails staying current with market trends, managing market research projects, and maintaining effective relationships with various marketing vendors while directly managing the email marketing program to ensure transaction growth during peak periods. The successful candidate will also be tasked with the execution of personalized, innovative campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and manage the complete lifecycle of the email marketing program, ensuring transaction-driving activities during critical tax seasons.
• Implement personalized, 1 : 1 customer campaigns, leveraging relevant content and superior storytelling.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet business objectives and manage day-to-day operations of marketing teams.
• Coordinate market research projects and analyze campaign / channel performance to derive actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors and ensure that all marketing activities are within budget and deadlines.
