Job Summary

COMPANY is seeking an experienced Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to join our wireless communications team. This role is critical in designing, optimizing, deploying, and troubleshooting Land Mobile Radio (LMR), private LTE (pLTE), Microwave, and Narrowband networks for electric, gas, and water utilities.

With over 10 years of experience, you will apply advanced RF engineering principles to solve complex challenges such as interference mitigation. You will lead medium to high-complexity projects or serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding engineering teams and providing strategic RF expertise.

This position includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, engagement with leading vendors, and occasional travel to client sites for inspections, testing, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full RF engineering lifecycle : site surveys, system modeling, deployment, testing, and optimization
• Serve as SME for LMR and Microwave technologies, advising on propagation modeling, spectrum management, and interference resolution
• Provide technical consulting and advisory services to utility clients
• Support business development efforts : proposals, scope definition, level-of-effort estimation, and implementation planning
• Drive project execution and ensure high-quality technical delivery
