Title : HVAC Technician Location : Farmington, CT Duration : 12 month (contract to hire) Pay : Unlicensed : $25 -$29 Licensed : $30 - $35 Over Time is 1.5x Schedule : The hours would be between 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm on weekdays. Flexible hours and weekends may be required. Start Date : ASAP HVAC Technician Our client is a fully integrated land developer with a corporate office in Farmington, CT. We are seeking an HVAC apprentice to join the maintenance department of our property portfolio. The company is very fast-paced and well-served for motivated individuals who are self-starters. Primarily responsible for assisting in performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers and humidifiers. Duties included are climbing ladders, lifting heavy objects over 50lbs and working in tight areas.
