Come be a part of Prime + Proper Nashville! The Prime + Proper Concierge Team are our guests first impression; they offer a warm greeting to every guest and welcome them into our home. They make guests comfortable and assist in creating unique experiences for each of our guests. They manage the reservations and learn about special occasions, requests and communicate these to the Managers and teams while assisting with plotting and orchestrating the evening service.

Qualifications / Prerequisites :

We’re looking for responsible, hardworking individuals who understand the importance of genuine hospitality, attention to detail and delivering superior service. Our Concierge Team is a celebration of Hosts who are expected to be mature, respectful, accommodating, friendly and welcoming.

The ideal candidate should have :

• Willingness to learn and retain knowledge

• Good time management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
