Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for children and young adults in the home Deliver skilled, compassionate care for clients with complex medical needs Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team Build trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or a compact state Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required; training provided Strong commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass all background checks and regulatory compliance requirements
