Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to be a vital part of our nursing leadership team. If you have a passion for quality care and a commitment to upholding the highest nursing standards, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and support the Nursing Department, ensuring full compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations.
Conduct daily rounds within the department to uphold and promote exceptional nursing care.
Participate in facility surveys conducted by government agencies as directed by DON and ADON.
Proactively address and resolve complaints and grievances to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the State of Florida.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
