Senior Business Analyst (Artificial Intelligence)

As a SeniorBusiness Analyst, you will be part of the AI Task Force and play a criticalrole in shaping the future of AI initiatives. In this position, you will beresponsible for closely working with business units to gather and capturerequirements on AI use cases. This role involves identifying functionalrequirements, working with IT teams and developers to transcribe them intotechnical requirements, and liaising between stakeholders to ensure successfulimplementation of AI solutions. Working with cross-functional teams, drivinginitiatives through Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, and ensuringalignment with organizational goals. Translating complex business needs intodata-driven AI solutions, working cross-functionally with data scientists,product owners, and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Communication with business.
• Perform tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among stakeholders.
• Identifying, documenting and analyzing opportunities to improve business processes, and facilitating business unit adoption of new processes.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business objectives and functional requirements.
• Developing business architecture and designs.
• Working with business on defining the project KPIs.
• Drafting business document and assisting in cost benefit analysis (CBA).
• Liaison with IT.
• Work with technical solution personnel to transcribe business requirements into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects.
• Engage with internal teams such as data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to gather insights if need be.

MinimumQualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Proven experience in data and information architecture, AI implementation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI strategy and governance principles.
