Creation Technologies is seeking a Product Data Management (PDM) Coordinator I to support the accuracy and integrity of product data across our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related systems. This entry-level role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality product data through hands-on data entry, verification, and basic configuration management, while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization. This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of any Creation Technologies U.S. site to support occasional on-site collaboration as needed.

• Support customer data administration by uploading and maintaining Approved Manufacturer Lists (AML), Bills of Materials (BOM), and simple Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure accuracy in PLM systems.
• Perform basic data inspections and comparisons to identify and escalate data integrity issues.
• Assist senior team members with troubleshooting and training by preparing accurate input data and verifying outputs.
• Maintain document filing and organization within PLM to ensure clarity and accessibility of records.
• Communicate with requestors to resolve basic issues related to minimum requirements and data accuracy.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $25-$30 / hour. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
