The Claris product management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for delivering delightful experiences and independently driving projects towards completion. The person in this role will help to drive strategy, roadmap, and direction setting for our development platform that allows the creation of customized applications to solve any business problem, faster and more efficiently. Description

Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and / or contribute to the overall company strategy. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritizing product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products. Key responsibilities include :

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Claris' development tools.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Advocate for the needs and preferences of our users, ensuring that our products are intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use.
• Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals.
