Our Physical Therapists (PTs) are committed to the pediatric population, our home health services provide a platform of growth and opportunity for you and your client.   • Expert Physical Therapy : Deliver skilled physical therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic disorders, fostering a natural learning environment encompassing homes and community settings.
  • Comprehensive Patient Evaluation : Conduct thorough evaluations for all assigned patients, crafting, implementing, and adapting treatment plans in alignment with individual patient needs
  • Patient and Family Instruction : Provide clear and supportive instruction to patients and their families.
  • Meticulous Documentation : Uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Strategize and evaluate collective goals for each patient, fostering a holistic approach to patient care.

    As an MGA Physical Therapist (PT), you can expect :

    • Responsibilities :

  • Deliver expert physical therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients dealing with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic disorders within natural learning environments, including homes and community settings.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans to align with individual patient needs.
  • Offer teaching and counseling services to both patients and their families, fostering a supportive and informative therapeutic process.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in the planning and evaluation of team goals for each patient.
  • Ensure precise and timely documentation, adhering to the standards set by the department and regulatory agencies.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Active state licensure as required or in progress
  • At least 1 pediatric clinical rotation, preferred
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid drivers license and insurance
