The Family Practice - Without OB Physician position offers a 100% outpatient practice opportunity in northern California. The group consists of 4 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers, aiming for 18-20 patients per day with full-time options available. I m working with an FQHC in northern CA looking to add multiple providers to the group! Please let me know if you are interested.

Practice :

  • 100% outpatient
  • Currently 4 Physicians and 5 APP S
  • Patients per day : 18-20
  • Target start date : ASAP
  • NO call

Hours :

  • The preference is full time but will consider 30 hours per week. Most of our full-time (40 hour / week) providers work 4 days per week.

    • Compensation :

  • Physician Base : $228K-$240K / yr
  • Loan Forgiveness : NHSC Student loan forgiveness

    • National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program :

  • We are a NHSC approved site. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide primary care services are eligible for the following :
  • Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment
  • Up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment
  • Relocation : Up to 10K for providers
  • Physicians : up to $100k recruitment bonus, paid out over 5 years.

    • Benefits :

  • Health insurance
  • Malpractice : yes
  • PTO : New employees start out accruing 112 hours per year and max out at 260 hours per year by year 5.
