Location : Media, Pennsylvania (Zip : 19063) – Philadelphia area nursing jobs

Healthcare Setting : Telemetry Unit (includes Emergency Department overflow at night)

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Contract

Start Date : December 16, 2025

End Date : March 18, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour evening shifts

Hours per Week : 36

Openings : 5 Tele RN positions available

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1550 - $1660

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania RN license preferred)

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or acute care nursing

BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

Ability to work 12-hour evening shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment

Strong communication, clinical assessment, and critical thinking skills

Travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care to adults in the telemetry unit and ED overflow

Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes

Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Educate patients and families on care plans, cardiac monitoring, and discharge instructions

Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment
