Mobile Maintenance Technician

A company is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes for various equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment

Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC / R and kitchen equipment upkeep

Complete special tasks such as minor plumbing repairs and general maintenance as assigned

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Valid state driver's license is required

Completion of a technical training program and at least one year of relevant experience

Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 ft

Must pass background, drug / alcohol, and MVR screening processes
