Position Summary: As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will also supervise installers, maintaining top-quality work and timely job completion.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Valid 06A HVAC Electrical license is highly preferred.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Proficiency in HVAC functional design and ductwork system installation.
• Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas/electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Exceptional safety awareness regarding tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to test and balance HVAC systems effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide team members and assist customers.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
