West Palm Beach AV rated litigation firm seeking professional, self-motivated legal assistant with commercial, civil, and / or PI litigation skills for at least 2 openings here at the firm. The positions require at least 3 years experience in civil litigation practice. Following are some of the skills we seek.

Skills

• Proven working experience as legal assistant / paralegal
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols under State and Federal court systems
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations at a law office
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent writing and typing skills
• Ability to draft basic legal forms / documents
• Proficient in calendaring / docketing of court mandated appointments
• Comfortable with communicating with clients on a day to day basis
• Working knowledge of case management software and other basic computer software
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as with other team members
• Ability to juggle multiple activities / tasks and have the ability work under pressure
