Compensation : $24–$29 per hour, based on experience

A thriving general dental practice in North Andover, MA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice provides comprehensive care including preventive and restorative dentistry, implant placement, surgical procedures, and Invisalign. We are looking for a professional who combines strong clinical skills with exceptional patient service and has a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during all procedures, including restorative, surgical, and implant placement cases
• Take and process dental radiographs (state licensure required)
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
• Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting patients throughout their visits and ensuring comfort and trust
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards
• Assist with Invisalign and advanced cosmetic or surgical procedures as trained
• Capture high-quality clinical photography to support treatment planning and case documentation
