Manage payroll preparation and processes, complete reports, and maintain records for 500 employee payroll. Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, savings deductions, and child support deductions while complying with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain payroll guidelines by creating and updating policies and procedures. Maintain payroll staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Manage invoice process for over 50 clients. Oversee payroll and invoice corrections, manage accounts receivable postings to revenue, and reconcile accounts receivables to cash. Oversee full cycle accounts payable process and reconcile bank statements. File quarterly 941 and multistate SUTA reports and processes and file W2 and W3 annual reports. Supervise 2-3 payroll clerks.
