You will be involved in the overall operation of each restaurant, from hiring and overseeing managers and team members to ensuring exceptional guest service and financial results.

Responsibilities include :

Smile, make eye contact and use a friendly tone with each and every guest who enters your restaurants

Energetically welcome each guest as they enter and warmly thank them as they leave

Show passion being sure only high quality food and beverages are prepared at your assigned restaurants

Show teamwork by always being there to support all team members in all of your locations

Work at a fast pace making sure your guests who have busy schedules are served quickly

Anticipate and understand our guests' needs and exceed their expectations at each assigned location

Meet safety and sanitation standards always scoring above 90% on all audits

Keep your restaurant clean by always looking for areas that may need even the slightest attention or improvement

Fill in as needed supporting your locations in emergency situations
