Summary of Job Duties :

The Work-Study Payroll will assist with duties in the Payroll Department. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.

Qualifications :

Required Education and Experience :

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma;

Experience answering a multi-line telephone;

Must have proof of work-study award.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sort and file documents;

Scan and Link payroll documents;

Date stamp and disburse incoming documents to appropriate staff members;

Make copies and send faxes as needed;

Assist customers as needed;

Answer phone as needed;

Shred documents;

Run errands on campus;

Assist Payroll Manager and Payroll Supervisor as needed;

Other job duties as deemed necessary.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

Great customer service skills;

Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner;

Ability to follow directions.
