Corporate Development Analyst

As a Corporate Development Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic and financial analyses that drive growth and enhance organizational value. You'll thrive in this position if you're analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication skills, bring a passion for finance and strategic problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the M&A deal process, including identifying, evaluating, and executing potential capital deployment opportunities and related integration efforts.
• Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement post-deal integration plans and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and support ad hoc corporate finance analyses and strategic projects.

The base pay range for this role is $75,000 $120,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus / commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to : skill set, experience, education / training, business needs and market demands.
