In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. • Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek

• $240,000 - $320,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience, plus a quality bonus
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
