A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration and analysis of compensation programs, including market analysis and job evaluations
Review and maintain job descriptions to ensure alignment with job architecture
Assist in the preparation and administration of annual salary programs and participate in salary surveys
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, finance, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience
Completion of a compensation-specific internship is preferred
Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Three years of healthcare compensation experience is preferred
Experience with compensation analytics tools and supporting health systems is a plus
