Registered Dental Hygienist – High-End Private Practice

Schedule : Monday–Thursday

Compensation : $46-$52 / hour (commensurate with experience)

The practice specializes in cosmetic dentistry, TMJ, and airway-focused care. They invest heavily in advanced technology to support clinical excellence and hygienist longevity—including CBCT imaging, two Itero scanners, EMS Airflow units, and Platinum Plus Invisalign services.

This position is ideal for both experienced hygienists and new graduates who want mentorship, stability, and the chance to practice at the highest level.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, detail-oriented clinical care using advanced technology

Provide a personalized, high-level patient experience

Educate patients with clear, tailored guidance on oral health and prevention

Accurately assess patient needs and support comprehensive treatment planning

Build strong patient relationships that promote trust and retention

Contribute to a refined, professional, and team-focused culture

Qualifications

Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License

CPR certification required

Knowledge of HIPAA and dental safety protocols

Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a high-standard clinical environment
