A company is looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator II - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and prepare meeting agendas for the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC)
Coordinate logistics for SRC meetings, including space, interpreters, and teleconferencing
Write an annual report on SRC activities and maintain the SRC website content
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with three years of administrative support experience, or equivalent education and experience
Experience providing administrative-level support in a business or organization
Relevant college-level study in accounting, business, or public administration may substitute for experience
Experience as an Administrative Services Coordinator I may qualify
Administrative work experience must be in functions that support organizational operations
