The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for a talented Barback to join The Hotel Bar. This is a union position.

This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids and 1000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views delicious dining options and endless sunshine in Hollywood Florida.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of barback or bartender experience with a proven ability to perform in high-volume environments and strong communication skills. Elevated restaurant experience and hotel background are preferred but not required.

Shift Pattern : Full-Time / Full availability is required to support early morning mid-shift and evening hoursincluding weekdays weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing

As a Barback you would be responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
