Location : South Austin, TX (6800 Westgate Blvd) Salary : $50,000 / year (Exempt, Salaried)
About the Role
This Program Director position specifically supports our Host Home Program. The role begins with in-office training; however, long-term it transitions to a primarily remote position, with the expectation to work from the office at least one day per week.
You will oversee a caseload of approximately 50 individuals, primarily those receiving Host Home services, along with the oversight of one group home. You'll work closely with the nurse assigned to each individual to ensure that all services, supports, and documentation are in place.
