Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for individuals and families through all life stages, from kids to seniors.
  • Address chronic conditions, provide preventive care, manage acute illnesses, and attend to mental wellness-all with a patient-first mindset.
  • Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with care teams, mental health specialists, and various professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating patient outcomes and achieving operational excellence.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain precise, up-to-date patient data.
  • Offer both in-person and virtual consultations to meet the diverse needs and preferences of your patients.
Education Requirements
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Certifications
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for (or currently possess) a valid California medical license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
Skills and Experience
  • Robust diagnostic and clinical abilities, with a focus on preventive and proactive health measures.
  • Familiarity with value-based treatment models and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-friendly, with experience in EMRs and telemedicine applications.
