Chief Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Evolve and maintain the Compliance Management System (CMS) in alignment with regulatory guidance and risk appetite

Lead efforts to identify and mitigate consumer harm risks across digital products and services

Oversee compliance testing and monitoring, ensuring effective remediation of control gaps

Required Qualifications

10+ years of compliance leadership experience in U.S. banking, particularly in consumer finance and digital banking

Expert knowledge of banking regulations, including UDAAP, BSA / AML / OFAC, and privacy laws

Proven success in managing bank compliance programs and interacting with regulators

Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus

Strong governance and Board reporting skills
