Radiology - Breast Physician

Coverage Needed :

• ASAP - ongoing
• Schedule: M-F, 8-4:30 with 30 minutes for lunch
  • would consider a 4-day week

Clinical Details :

• 100% Breast Imaging
• Tumor board Thursday morning at 7a
• Expect screening and DX mammograms as well as screen and DX US, Breast-MR, and 2D and 3D Tomo
• Breast MR and procedures - Preferred
• Breast CT - Preferred
• Daily volume per physician average: 50-60 (20-30 are screens, and 20-25 interactions)
• 2 Breast MR units, each averaging 8 scans per day
• Equipment: Siemens Revelation Tomo, Supersoninc-Hologic US, Aurora MRI, Sectra PACS, Powerscribe, and MedInformatix for EMR
• Patient Draw is from 2.5 hours away
  • If/when possible, patients are offered the option to have biopsies done the same day if they want, to minimize travel and inconvenience

Requirements :

• Active TN License required
  • Active KY License - Preferred
• Fellowship - Preferred
• Board Certified
• MQSA
