HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Essential duties and Responsibilities :

• Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
• Providing recruiting reports on a weekly basis
• Assist HR Department with employee on-boarding activities
• Aid with I-9 and other relevant documents
• Distribute, review and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and following up, when necessary
• Additional duties may be assigned
