At TCI Transportation , we’re offering an exciting Driver Manager Trainee Program designed to prepare you for a successful career in operations and account management.

This 6-month, hands-on training program will give you the tools, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to become a Driver Manager at one of the leading logistics companies in the nation.

No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training—you bring the motivation.

Key Responsibilities

Support business development initiatives under the Director of Operations .

Travel to TCI locations (50–75% of the time).

Gain proficiency with TCI systems and technology .

Learn all aspects of account management and driver support .

Assist with company projects and startups alongside the Operations Project Manager.

Develop expertise in DOT compliance, Hours of Service, and TCI operational processes .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management .

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business software.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work schedules.

A high level of business ethics, confidentiality, and teamwork .
