Location : Snohomish, WA

This Role Is for Superintendents Who Care How the Job Is Built

If youre an experienced Superintendent who takes pride in clean execution, realistic schedules, and running a professional jobsite, youll fit well at CPM.

We build ground-up commercial projects, tenant improvements, and complex commercial interiors. More importantly, we build them the right waythrough solid preconstruction, accountability in the field, and leadership that trusts Superintendents to run the work.

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Leading day-to-day field operations from start to finish
  • Managing site safety, quality control, and production
  • Coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
  • Maintaining schedule integrity and proper sequencing
  • Working closely with project managers and preconstruction
  • Representing CPM professionally on every job site
  • Youll be trusted to run the jobnot micromanaged.

    • What Were Looking For

  • 510+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
  • Proven track record managing projects from inception through closeout
  • Experience with ground-up commercial construction (TI and interiors experience also valued)
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (First Aid / CPR a plus)
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, safety requirements, and quality standards
  • Proficiency with Procore, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Ability to navigate active construction sites, including standing, walking, and climbing as needed

  • Schedule : Day shift (some night / weekend work may be required based on TI shutdowns)
