Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a CFO to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $200,000 to $350,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.

Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.

Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to maximize returns.

Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.

Monitor and analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.

Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Experience :

Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Hands-on experience in M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.

Experience in managing relationships with investors, and auditors.
