VP Finance

We are assisting a Fresno-based food manufacturing company in their search for a Vice President of Finance. This executive will partner with senior leadership to lead all financial operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure financial integrity across the organization.

Compensation : $150,000 – $180,000 base salary

Responsibilities :

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decisions.
• Oversee accounting, compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, capital planning, and risk management.
• Support operational efficiency through cost accounting, margin analysis, and process improvement.
• Evaluate capital projects, pricing, and profitability initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to enhance systems (NetSuite, RedZone).

Required Qualifications :

Spanish bilingual a plus.
