• Flexible Scheduling : 12+ shifts per month with options to tailor your schedule to your lifestyle.
• Competitive Pay : Earn between $300,000 and $340,000 annually, which includes base pay and quality bonuses.
• Shareholders Bonuses : Opportunity to earn up to $30,000 in annual quality and performance bonuses as a shareholder.
• Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance : Generous packages available for qualified candidates.
• CME & Professional Development : Up to $7,500 annually for shareholders ($4,000 for non-shareholders) for out-of-pocket professional expenses.
