Job Description : $3,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time LNA's

Who We Are : Our perioperative services department is a collaborative care continuum. It is comprised of Pre-Admission Services, Pre-Admission Testing Clinic, and a 25 bed Pre-Op / PACU department. Our PACU Staff are highly trained critical care nurses that optimize patients' health prior to surgery, safely recover patients from the effects of anesthesia, provide multimodal pain management, and enhanced recovery through patient and family education. The Nurses & Nursing Assistants play a vital role in ensuring surgical patients receive high-quality, safe care that promotes comfort and a speedy recovery.

About the Job : Clinical Assistants (LNAs) are a combination of Health Unit Coordinators and Licensed Nursing Assistants. As a member of the Patient Care Services team, Clinical Assistants support in patient care, coordinate administrative functions of assigned patient care areas, and facilitate patient flow throughout the department.

What You'll Do :

• ADL's and patient care assistance
• Maintain a safe patient care environment
• Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements
• Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated
