Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPF Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in applying Paint Protection Film with precision and efficiency, ensuring flawless results that protect and enhance our clients vehicles. This role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert installation of Paint Protection Film on a variety of vehicles (partial panels, full front, full-body applications).
  • Perform precise cutting, trimming, and alignment to ensure seamless finishes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Inspect vehicles and ensure all PPF installations meet Prestige Auto Appearance quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Educate clients on PPF benefits, care, and maintenance when needed.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional PPF installation experience (dealership or high-volume shop preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with hand-cutting, plotter-cut patterns, and bulk installs.
  • Knowledge of different PPF products, adhesives, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Ceramic Coating, Window Tint, or Vinyl Wrap a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unique installation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and work with hands in detailed positions.
  • Comfortable working in varying shop conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
