Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Software Director to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in Networking organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, delivery, and operational excellence of essential infrastructure components. You will lead a high-caliber team, ensuring the achievement of key objectives through exemplary leadership, talent development, and resource optimization. This position demands a seasoned professional who embodies OCI values and can navigate complex challenges to deliver exceptional outcomes.

As the Director in OCI, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects. Your role will involve ensuring that the team's objectives are consistently aligned with the broader organizational goals, maintaining a strategic focus on long-term infrastructure stability and scalability. By fostering a high-performance culture, you will mentor and develop team members, creating an environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
