Responsibilities As a Splicing Supervisor, you will support a team of Coax Splicers in the upgrade of existing plants, plant extensions, and new build construction. In addition, you will :

• Give direction to multiple crews and their Jobsite activities
• Develop your team's skill set and knowledge of telecom construction
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

Qualifications About You :

Compensation : $66,000 - $75,000 yr. / depending on experience
