POSITION SUMMARY :
The Cook will provide quality service as well as consistent products. This position will assist the kitchen staff with the daily upkeep of the facility's kitchen(s) in Catering and Food & Beverage.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :
- Cook and prepare food
- Serves food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperature
- Maintains appearance of all equipment and serving counters
- Maintains inventory in the stock room
- Cleans kitchen area before and after business hours
- Scrubs, sanitizes, and stores pots and pans, utensils, and dishes
- Assists in venue distribution / warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers, and minor equipment maintenance
- Performs other related duties as required
