Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Support Engineer focused on backend production support and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and resolve production incidents and customer escalations

Debug backend issues in Python / Django and manage PostgreSQL database state

Write and execute Python scripts and SQL for data remediation and repairs

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of production experience with Python and Django (or equivalent frameworks)

Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL

Ability to debug server-side code and analyze logs

Familiarity with Git workflows and basic CI / CD concepts

Experience in a customer support function, with a focus on safety and compliance
